2. How well did you know your partner before this activity?

I knew Sophie well but not as well as I do now after this assignment.

3. How well do you know them now?

I know a lot of interesting things about Sophie that I didn’t know about before so my knowledge about her is more expanded.

4. Does this seem like a way to make new connections in a time of pandemic isolation?

Yes, I think this is a way to make new connections in the time of a pandemic. Getting to know people and having fun making a board about stuff you learned about them is really great! Since there’s nothing much you can do asking questions is perfect.

5. What is another way you can think of to make new connections in a time of pandemic isolation?

I think the only way you can make new connections in a time of pandemic isolation is via social media such as Instagram or Snapchat or even give them a text and if they feel comfortable then you can meet them in person and social distance so that you can keep safe and have a good time.

6. What platform did you use to communicate with your partner? How well did it work? Or not work? What other tools, or type of tool, might have been better?

My partner and I just texted each other via messages as a form of communication. It worked well and there were no complications or difficulty communicating with each other.

7. How did Padlet work for you? Was it easy to use? Did it communicate well? Can you think of another platform that might be better?

Padlet was great! It was very easy to use you just pick your background and just insert as many images you want and it communicated well. I can’t think of any other platform that can accomplish the tasks Padlet can do.

8. What if, instead of meeting classmates, your goal was professional connections? How can you connect to people in your fiend in a time of pandemic isolation?

The only way I think you can make professional connections in a time of pandemic isolation is via e-mail. Then through e-mail exchange set up a zoom meeting and during the zoom meeting exchange more important information.
