They help individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their potential by working collaboratively with families, schools, and relevant professionals. By focusing on ways in which people respond to their environment (behavior), we provide opportunities for them to learn in specific and observable ways, leading to a positive outcome (health). Their treatment approach is rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis on individualized programs, focusing on each person’s strengths and challenges. Each of BHW’s programs shares the common goal of teaching individuals the tools necessary to obtain a better quality of life and to lead a more independent life.

The ABRITE Organization is dedicated to improving the lives of children by providing intervention services based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The ABRITE organization provides services to children and young adults throughout Northern and Southern California. In 2006, Dr. Ginger Raabe and Dr. Janice Frederick, two doctorate level clinicians, founded the organization based on their shared love for children and their desire to apply their years of the study of learning to children. Dr. Raabe and Dr. Frederick and their team believe that every child deserves a brighter future and that the path that can lead to this improved success is revealed by examining each individual learner’s needs and then creating an environment to help them flourish.

Director of the Social Work Policy Institute, Joan Levy Zlotnik is an award-winning social worker recognized for her work and dedication to the field. She previously served as the Director of Special Projects at the Council on Social Work Education and currently acts as editor of a book series, Building Social Work Research Capacity, published by Oxford University Press. Zlotnik holds a PhD in Social Work from the University of Maryland and is a fellow of both the NASW Social Work Pioneer and Gerontological Society of America. The National Institute of Health’s Social Work Research recognized her for her dedication to social research.

A graduate of Howard University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Tamara Grigsby is a former university professor and social worker, known for her time served as the Democratic Party member of the Wisconsin State Assembly. She represented the 18th Assembly District from 2005 to 2013. Grigsby is a member of many organizations, including the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, the Wisconsin Women in Government Board, and the Milwaukee Child Welfare Partnership Council. She is active in politics and public policy, voicing her commitment to social work.

Professor of Social Work and Criminal Justice at the University of Toledo, Celia Williamson is a community advocate and researcher in the areas of human trafficking and prostitution. Williamson is the Founder of the Second Chance Program and Co-Chair of the Lucas County Human Trafficking Coalition. She has published extensive research on domestic minor sex trafficking and adult prostitution in the United States. In 2009, Williamson was inducted into the Ohio Women’s Hall of Fame for her work in the field of trafficking.
I would use a website to position myself as a promising candidate by having all the information everyone wants clearly available and ready to click on. My website would be simple and not difficult to navigate for the convenience of my employer. I would also make it visually pleasing so that I could get the employer more interested and capture their attention.
